Calming Breath Posters Part II are posters ready to print and post in a safe space area or display on an overhead projector. These four different breathing techniques and their visual cues are appropriate across grade levels and ability levels, are fun and engaging.
Included are: calming breath, flower breath, sleeping crocodile breath, and bumble bee breath.
These serve as a great brain break and give students more tools for their “tool box” to self-regulate and calm and relax when needed. These breaths help students manage BIG feeling, increase focus by increasing oxygen to the brain, increase attention span, and help decrease tension and stress in student’s body and brain. Also included is a safe space poster that gives students visual cues for what a safe space area is for and how to utilize it.
